Welcome to TorahDevoted, home of Torah portion devotionals.  The reading schedule is based on a three-year cycle so each portion is smaller than in a one-year cycle.

I have used these devotionals each Sabbath in a small Messianic congregation in the West Desert of Utah.  Others became interested and I posted them, via e-mail, to a small group.  I only have the latest devotionals online – the rest are to follow as time permits.

This effort is in conjunction with the House of Aaron, with which my congregation is affiliated.  See their website.

The devotionals have one overriding goal – to glorify Yeshua the Messiah.  The whole of the Bible is focused on Yeshua.  He is the Living Torah.  His atoning sacrifice on Calvary has bought forgiveness and salvation for all who trust in Yeshua.  So he is our chief focus.

Yeshua participated in a Torah service in Luke 4:16-22.

I am a simple believer who is trying to find help and hope in God’s word.  This is not deep exegesis.  I hope these devotionals bless you as they glorify God.

Also, please note that titles for a portion sometimes are subjective because a portion may cover several different themes.
